....didn’t intend to be away so long...but after the election - and the ensuing attacks on our democracy - I needed a break!!! Still much work to do , but good to take a break and splash a little sexy color around!!!

ReplyDeleteGood to see you back. You know I don’t want to sound insensitive but January 6th, many of us POC just sat back, popped the popcorn and watched the matinee. I must say it was a long ass movie! I didn’t even write a review because it wasn’t worth righting about. Now don’t get me wrong. Every person who was injured or killed was a tragedy. But I can’t think of one person of color in awe of how they got their asses handed on a platter because they didn’t want to injure anyone with rubber bullets, or how they couldn’t bear to irritate the lungs and skin of the rioters or is that “patriots?” I guess the fact their skin is much fairer than ours they would run the risk of really being hurt. Yeah I saw the movie.
On a lighter note. It’s good to see your post. And I’m loving me the splash of color. And of course Luke booty! We love our Luke booty!
